FAB Bank- Background and Overview-

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is one of the biggest public sector financial institutions in the United Arab Emirates, with its headquarters in Khalifa Business Park, Abu Dhabi. FAB is a merger between First Gulf Bank (FGB) and the National Bank of Abu Dhabi (NBAD) and offers a wide range of retail and commercial banking services. It has its presence in five continents, making it a bank with one of the biggest global presence in the world.

In the personal banking space, FAB offers current and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, mortgages, insurance, investment options, etc.

Conclusion-

First Abu Dhabi Bank offers comprehensive retail and commercial banking services and being a public sector bank, FAB has a very strong network and a global presence.
However, as per customer reviews, the service rendered by First Abu Dhabi Bank has very bad reviews due to its poor customer service. Some customers have also complained that the bank levies various hidden charges and are not transparent with them about the same.
