What is Form I-94?

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), in light of the mix-up, has taken the initiative to issue a form known as the I-94 travel record. The latest initiative helps travelers apply for or retrieve I-94 admission number/record (which helps retrieve a limited USCIS travel history). This helps verify whether a traveler has entered the country lawfully or not, along with the date of arrival. Visitors who enter the United States through air or sea receive an electronic travel record whereas visitors who enter the US through land still receive the same in a physical form.
